Doors to main entrance may not open wide enough for electric scooter. There is a stair-lift from main basement floor to the theatre and a lift to the stage from the floor of the theatre.

No windows, no natural light. 

Lighting (halogen?) cannot be dimmed but do have 4 settings: 1) all lights on; 2) lights above first four rows off, with back and sides on; 3) only first row and sides on, including stage lights; 4) all light off. 

To be able to lip read and sign language, attendees would need to be in front row.

There is no ramp inside the room. 

From main basement foyer floor to theatre, 7 carpeted steps with handrail and yellow strips.
From front row to stage, 4 carpeted steps, with handrail and yellow strips.
Aisle, 10 carpeted graduating steps, no handrail, strips?

Fold down seating, secured and sturdy, upholstered.
